Below, you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions users ask when navigating MyMVJ.

How do I reset my password?

Click on “Forgot Password” in the sign-in field above, then enter your email. You should get an email from MyMVJ shortly with a secure password reset link.

If you do not receive the email in your inbox within 15 minutes, please check your spam and/or junk folder.

It says my email isn't linked to a user account. How do I find out which email I used to sign up?

Please reach out to [email protected] for help. Include the subject line “MyMVJ Login Email Question” and your full name in the email body.

I received an email to update my membership billing information. How do I do that?

First off, thank you for being a member of MVJ and our community! We appreciate your support. To update your billing information, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MyMVJ. If you can’t remember your password, use the “Forgot Password” link as instructed in the relevant question above.
  2. In the top menu, click Account.
  3. You should see a series of links in blue near the top of the Account page. Click “Subscriptions” in these links.
  4. Here, you will see a table with your membership tier information. If you have previously been on other membership tiers, you will see the most recent one at the top. Find the Actions column in the far right, then click “Update”.
  5. You will be taken to a page to update your payment information. Fill out the relevant fields and press Save or Submit to save your information. You’re all set!
I received an email to update my billing information, but the deadline has passed and I can't log in. What do I do?

Thank you for being part of the MVJ community! We understand that life happens, and we appreciate your ongoing support. If you’re unable to log in due to a billing information issue, please reach out to [email protected] with the subject line “MyMVJ Billing Update Issue” and include the email linked to your account, if it’s different from the one you use to reach out.

A member of the MVJ team will provide you with a temporary access password to log in, as well as instructions on how to update your information once you are in your account.

Alternatively, you may request a more manual renewal via digital invoice. Please indicate this is what you would prefer when sending your email as instructed above.

I want to cancel or stop the auto-renewal on my MVJ membership. How do I do that?

We’re grateful for your support during your time as a member of MVJ. To cancel your membership and/or stop automatic renewals, please follow these steps:

  1. Log in to MyMVJ. If you can’t remember your password, use the “Forgot Password” link as instructed in the relevant question above.
  2. In the top menu, click “Account”.
  3. You should see a series of blue links toward the top of the Account page. Click “Subscriptions”.
  4. This page displays a table with your subscription information. Locate the Actions column on the far right, then click Cancel directly underneath the blue Update link.
  5. You will be asked if you’re sure. If you’d like to proceed with cancellation, you can select “Yes”.

While you may be stopping your membership, we hope you will still consider yourself a member of the MVJ community.
